Luxia Pools builds custom concrete pools in Coolangatta with direct knowledge of what that actually involves — the compact block profiles that demand design discipline, the Queensland–New South Wales border planning nuances, and the coastal building requirements that apply to every beachside build in the southern Gold Coast. We know this suburb, not just its postcode.

Luxia Pools builds custom concrete pools in Currumbin and Currumbin Waters. We know the coastal building environment here — the estuary setbacks, the salt air requirements, the hinterland valley sites that offer something extraordinary if the engineering is handled properly.

Unlike most northern Gold Coast pool builders, Luxia publishes all-inclusive, fixed-price packages from $26,400 with unlimited design changes before you sign. That level of pricing transparency is unusual in this market, and it exists because we think homeowners deserve to plan from real numbers.

What most Pimpama homeowners want is clear: a well-designed pool that makes the most of the available outdoor space, finished to a quality that matches the standard of the home, at a price that fits within the overall new-home budget. Luxia's family pool packages are built specifically for this brief.

A pool in daylight is impressive. A pool at night with well-considered lighting is a completely different experience. The water glows from within. The surrounding paving is warm and inviting. The garden has depth and shadow. The outdoor space becomes a place you want to be after dark — not just somewhere the pool happens to be.

A material that looks exceptional in a showroom or in a photograph taken in mild morning light can become uncomfortable, dangerously hot or visually washed-out under the full force of a Queensland summer afternoon. Getting pool decking right in this climate means understanding not just how it looks — but how it behaves.

Finding genuine pool design inspiration for a Queensland home means looking beyond the generic. Queensland's climate, block sizes and architectural styles create specific design conditions — and the pools that work best here are the ones designed around those conditions, not imported from somewhere else.
